CAD Supervisor/Deputy CAD Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach the CAD design team to ensure high-quality output
• Oversee the design of modular steel buildings and associated steel support structures
• Manage design processes for industrial products and production workflows
• Ensure designs align with fabrication requirements and manufacturing capabilities
• Coordinate with technical teams to integrate sheet metal, welding, and machining specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of 3D industrial CAD experience
• At least 2 years of experience in team management and coaching
• Proven experience in the design of modular steel buildings and heavy industry fabrication
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens NX and Teamcenter
• Strong technical knowledge of sheet metal, welding, and machining techniques
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to understand and address commercial issues within a design role
• Extensive experience in the air-filtration systems manufacturing domain

Benefits

• Monthly gross salary of 16,000 - 18,000 AED
