CAD Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the production and distribution of client drawing files using CAD
• Conduct site surveys to verify as-built conditions and incorporate them into Master Drawings CAD files
• Analyze and organize facility changes within CAD data holdings
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project data quality supports Master Drawings files
• Perform various CAD projects and related technical responsibilities as required

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration with 8 years of relevant experience (or 12 years of experience without a degree)
• Active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance
• US Citizenship is required
• Proficiency in architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts
• Knowledge of architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Project Suite
