Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, skill monitoring, and team evaluation
• Lead the team daily and organize delivery according to the V-cycle
• Coordinate functional and technical solution design
• Implement development processes and ensure their application
• Coordinate with validation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams
• Manage client follow-up meetings, including preparation and reporting
• Manage project planning, deliverable quality, and budget
• Monitor project actions and risks

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Computer Science
• 10 years of successful experience in a similar role
• Proven track record managing IT projects in software build and infrastructure phases
• Experience in nuclear control-command or high-constraint regulatory environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Project and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Scripting, XML, C#, or other object-oriented programming
• Experience with SQL Server and Visual Studio
• Knowledge of Control Expert or equivalent is a plus
