CAD-PLM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the existing PLM-CAD system to ensure stability and performance
• Develop and enhance PLM-CAD functionalities in line with business requirements
• Configure workflows, data structures, and integrations with enterprise systems like ERP
• Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments while ensuring data integrity
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for CAD-PLM users
• Deliver user training and create comprehensive documentation and guidelines
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to optimize processes

Requirements

• Extensive experience in complex PLM installations or similar technical roles
• Strong expertise in CAD and PLM configuration and development
• Proficiency with Siemens Software PLM solutions, specifically Teamcenter and NX
• Solid understanding of engineering environments, including BoM management and Product Release
• Experience working within motorsport, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming and system integrations (API, middleware)
• Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management skills
