CAD ID Fit Out Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, cut-lists, and as-builts
• Create drawings for wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, and metal details
• Develop shop drawings based on BOQ, tender drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other trades
• Manage ongoing revisions, changes, and drawing filing
• Prepare detailed cut-list drawings for production and follow up with site installation
• Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
• Coordinate interior fit-out detailed shop drawings based on site conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or ITI
• Experience in interior fit-out detailed shop drawings
• Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering trades
