About the role
Responsibilities
- Create construction drawing sets from design concepts
- Develop various CAD drawings including fabrication drawings and event service floor plans
- Communicate visual fabrication details for custom aluminum frames
- Work from sketches and input from project team members
- Collaborate with various departments and shop personnel for drawing approval
- Solve complex problems for custom display properties
- Manage drawing revisions and red-lines efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recent full-time use of AutoCAD or similar tools (Inventor, SolidWorks)
- Experience in architectural or exhibit house environments
- Strong skills in 2D and 3D AutoCAD
- Ability to visualize components in 3D
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Inventor or similar parametric modeling tools
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering
