Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace low-voltage cabling for Point of Sale systems and networked wireless printers
• Manage and troubleshoot hard-wired and wireless devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Provide high-quality client support and educate customers on simplified technical solutions

Requirements

• 2 years of field experience with a valid driver's license and insurance
• Reliable transportation equipped with low-voltage supplies and hand tools
• Proficiency with Android/iPhone mobile devices and a laptop computer

Preferred Qualifications

• Military Veteran with a networking background
• CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ certifications
