Responsibilities

• Perform aeronautical wiring soldering following strict standards to achieve zero non-conformity and zero scrap
• Execute modifications in accordance with approved Service Bulletins (SB) and technical instructions
• Replace defective components and perform cleaning and varnishing of repaired boards
• Conduct CMS (Component Mounting Surface), through-hole, and wire harness wiring
• Perform continuity tests for test benches and execute validation tests on automatic benches
• Use specialized machinery for desoldering and component replacement while respecting HSE standards
• Maintain workspace standards using 5S principles and contribute to the Honeywell Operating System (HOS)
• Manage parts ordering via SAP and document all interventions using traveler logs

Requirements

• Specialized training in aeronautical wiring on printed circuits
• Proficiency with BGA machines
• Proficiency with Scorpion machines
• Ability to perform CMS, micro-CMS (Fine Pitch), through-hole, and wire harness wiring
