Cabinet Designer

Responsibilities

• Work with builders, designers, and homeowners to sell and specify cabinets, lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information
• Assist customers via appointments and walk-ins using suggestive sales techniques
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in cabinet or interior design
• Proficiency with 20/20 or AutoCAD design software
• Experience with house calls and interior installation
• Strong sales presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple customer demands
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
