Cabin Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the airline's ambassador to promote a positive corporate image and enhance the customer experience
• Supervise cabin crew performance, ensuring compliance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations and company SOPs
• Conduct crew briefings regarding flight details, roles, safety/security checks, and boarding procedures
• Monitor cabin safety, security, and emergency equipment to ensure a secure environment for passengers and crew
• Manage in-flight customer service to ensure passenger needs are met promptly and professionally
• Oversee boarding formalities and ensure accurate data entry into aircraft logbooks
• Motivate cabin crew to achieve individual and team sales targets and maximize on-board revenue
• Supervise pre-flight checks for fuel, supplies, catering, and emergency equipment

Requirements

• Active cabin crew license
• Proven training in First Aid and Safety and Emergency Procedures
• 1-2 years of related experience as Cabin Crew, with at least 1 year in a Senior Cabin Crew or Supervisor capacity
• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and local languages
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns and extended hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with low-cost carriers
• Familiarity with IATA security principles and standards
• Knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations pertaining to crew legality and licensing
