Cabin Retrofit Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all design activities in terms of cost, time, and quality for A350 cabin modifications
• Define and integrate retrofit design solutions, including mechanical and electrical interfaces
• Check and release retrofit design data sets and acquire necessary technical signature delegations
• Prepare and follow up on relevant certification documents such as Full-TRS, MAS, and ICS
• Analyze PRE and POST aircraft status regarding ATA-21 and ATA-38 in relation to upgrade requests
• Manage and validate internal and external engineering work packages
• Provide engineering data to production, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders
• Support Service Bulletin embodiment both remotely and on-site worldwide
• Participate in technical meetings and support airworthiness and Safety Management System activities

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Design or Retrofit Engineering
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Airbus design tools including CATIA V5, VPM, and Pass V2
• Working knowledge of ATA chapters 21 and 38
• Direct experience with the A350 Programme
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex 3D engineering drawings and specifications
• Advanced level of English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environments
• Knowledge of SIDP-21 and 38 (System Installation Design Principles)
• Project Management skills
