Cabin Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, perform, and monitor all cabin maintenance activities to ensure high standards of serviceability and appearance.
• Lead, coach, and mentor cabin maintenance teams to develop their proficiency, knowledge, and capabilities.
• Ensure full compliance with Etihad Airways, safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
• Plan daily manpower allocation against CAMO planning and line maintenance requirements.
• Audit and monitor aircraft cabin maintenance activities, reporting on trends and areas of concern.
• Manage task assignments and prioritize workloads to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Promote a strong safety and incident reporting culture within the team.

Requirements

• Basic aviation license or equivalent Aviation Diploma/Apprenticeship.
• Five years of experience working in a live aviation environment within ramp operations.
• Extensive knowledge of cabin interior products and maintenance in a Line or Hangar environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining Premium and Economy seats and various cabin products.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and vocal.
• UAE Driving License is preferable.
