Jetconnect is a 100% owned subsidiary of Qantas, providing Cabin Crew, Pilots, and aviation services to the Qantas Group. Based in New Zealand, we pride ourselves on safety, customer service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and wellbeing throughout flights
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Maintain high standards of service on Trans-Tasman and other routes

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Height between 163 - 183cm
• New Zealand or Australian permanent residency
• Valid passport with unrestricted access to Qantas ports of call
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Ability to swim 50m fully clothed
• Strong commitment to customer service and recent face-to-face experience
• Ability to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service
• Proficiency in additional languages
