Responsibilities
- Provide guests with an excellent travel experience
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure safety and comfort for all passengers on board
Requirements
- Customer service-oriented background (e.g., bar, restaurant, or retail)
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU
- Height between 157 cm and 188 cm
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English
- Ability to work a shift roster
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible personality
