Responsibilities

• Deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests
• Complete a 6-week intensive training course including exams and supernumerary flights
• Operate on a demanding shift roster including early and late shifts
• Maintain high safety standards as the number one priority during flights

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented background (e.g., bar, restaurant, or retail)
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
• Height between 157 cm and 188 cm
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
• Flexibility to work early and late shifts
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and outgoing personality
