Cabin Crew

Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort by instructing them on safety procedures and administering first aid when necessary
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote a positive corporate image and enhance the customer experience
• Assist with passenger boarding, luggage, and individual requests to provide excellent customer service
• Manage on-board revenue by promoting meals, products, and charity programs while ensuring secure handling of payments
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks, including equipment inspections and cabin cleanliness assessments
• Maintain professional knowledge through regular training in emergency procedures and safety protocols

Requirements

• Age between 20-29 for non-experienced candidates, or up to 33 for experienced crew
• Minimum height of 160cm for females and 170cm for males
• Weight must be in proportion to age and height
• Clear skin with no visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
• Medically and physically fit to perform all cabin crew duties
• Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (Travel/Tourism diploma is a plus)
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cabin crew, aviation, or hospitality industries
• Active cabin crew license
• Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
