About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an airline ambassador to promote a positive corporate image and enhance the customer experience
- Ensure passenger safety by instructing them on safety procedures and identifying security risks
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with boarding and attending to individual passenger needs
- Administer first aid to passengers when necessary
- Contribute to on-board revenue by promoting meals, products, and charity services
- Perform pre-flight checks on emergency equipment, catering, and supplies
- Maintain professional standards through regular training and adherence to company policies
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
- Physically fit to fly with no serious medical conditions
- Ability to work shifts and extended working hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in aviation/hospitality customer service roles
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures
- Active cabin crew license
- Experience in call center roles involving Russian, Spanish, Italian, or French accounts
