Cabin & Cargo Engineering

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of specialists to develop Cabin and Cargo features for the Blended Wing Body Aircraft
• Integrate inputs from internal and external stakeholders for commodities including galleys, lavatories, stowage, and passenger seats
• Develop interface and integration requirements and digital models throughout the product lifecycle
• Release parts, models, and manufacturing installations while supporting certification documentation
• Manage supplier development and related governance activities

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership and development experience in Commercial or Corporate Aircraft Cabin development
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency with Siemens Suite (NX, Teamcenter, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital twin environments or model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
• Understanding of aircraft installation practices and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and installation standards
