Cabin Appearance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out cabin appearance base-level maintenance tasks on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft.
• Ensure all work is performed, certified, and recorded accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Verify the readiness and compatibility of cabin furnishings and components.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, defect rectification, and component inspections using approved manuals and procedures.
• Manage the safety of assigned tasks, ensuring all mandatory precautions and protective equipment are used.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technicians assigned to support maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cost awareness by minimizing waste of materials and avoiding unnecessary repeat work.

Requirements

• Moroccan nationality is required.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in aircraft cabin/interior maintenance.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for technical communications.
• Ability to obtain a Moroccan Driver's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds a CAT “A” license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment.
• Relevant specialized cabin maintenance training.
• Previous experience supervising technical teams.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted MOR corresponding Category License.
