CA Articleship Trainee – FP&A & Corporate Finance

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis vs. budgets and forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of dashboards, forecasting models, and business performance reviews
• Build and maintain financial reports, data models, and reconciliations for internal stakeholders
• Work with large datasets to derive insights and support decision-making
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in FP&A workflows
• Contribute to automation initiatives using tools such as advanced Excel, Power Query/Power BI, or other internal systems
• Track key KPIs, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and business intelligence

Requirements

• Pursuing CA with CA Inter both groups cleared
• Minimum 12 months of article ship tenure remaining post joining
• Strong analytical mindset with foundational knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, and business finance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI tools available in the market
• Exposure to analytical tools such as Tableau or SQL
