C2BMC Principal Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the DCC Test Requirements and Analysis Lead in reviewing C2BMC and BOA planned Flight Test participation and software configurations
• Interface with MDA/DCC/DCCD stakeholders to document C2BMC and BOA operational and developmental capabilities
• Provide continuous Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) development support
• Assess Test Designs (TD) and recommend changes to support Technical Description Documents and Missile Defense System-level Specifications
• Coordinate system test requirements and test objectives with MDA/DE and Mission Engineering teams
• Support all phases of the Flight Test Test Objectives (TO) Memorandum development process
• Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and draft post-meeting notes
• Champion formal DCC reviews of Flight Test TO Memos through the DCC Board Review Process
• Support Test Requirements Reviews, Internal Event Test Team meetings, and Program Test Readiness Reviews
• Attend Kick-off Planning, Mission Planning, and various Mission Phase Reviews
• Draft and update Flight Test inputs for weekly Staff Meetings and End-of-Week reports

Requirements

• Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Proficiency in systems engineering and execution processes
• Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to real-world test, integration, and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), or C3BM Program Office work efforts
• Experience working in collaborative environments with Government and prime contractor personnel
