C1 And Engineering Tools Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the C1 and Engineering Tools team to ensure high performance and continuous capability development.
• Define and drive the roadmap for engineering tools and configurator development supporting the Opportunity to Order process.
• Oversee the technical design, prototyping, development, testing, and maintenance of product solutions and related tools.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for C1 configuration logic, pricing logic, integrations, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with offering teams to define specifications for new product configurators and ensure integration within the IT ecosystem.
• Support the creation of KPIs using PowerBI and Smartsheet for reporting and process improvement.

Requirements

• Recognized technical qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with C1 (Configure One) and related configurator tools.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical or engineering systems teams.
• Qualifications or expertise in Electrical, Thermal, or Power design and applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent competency in reading technical drawings and design specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Smartsheet.
• Technical and market knowledge of Thermal or Power products.
• Understanding of the Data Centre industry.
• Strong English writing and presentation skills.
