C-UAS Technical Representative (Operational Validation)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical liaison to the FBI Technical Lead for planning, scheduling, and execution of system characterization and validation events
• Perform direct setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting of C-UAS detection, tracking, and mitigation systems
• Coordinate with interagency partners to align objectives, timelines, staffing, and technical expectations
• Manage C-UAS validation environments, including the development of urban and suburban operationally realistic scenarios
• Integrate mobile, wearable, vehicle-mounted, and semi-fixed systems into validation and operational environments
• Resolve RF, networking, software, hardware, and system-integration issues during live operations
• Apply interagency validation frameworks and metrics to characterize system performance
• Coordinate synchronized data collection across multiple systems and agencies during operational events

Requirements

• BS degree and 5+ years of related professional experience
• Active Secret security clearance (SSBI)
• Strong hands-on technical background in Counter-UAS, electronic warfare, RF systems, or sensors
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, Linux, and Windows command line
• Experience with database management (MySQL) and web development (HTML, PHP, CSS)
• Experience with statistics, data analysis, and UI/UX design
• Demonstrated experience supporting operational field deployments, exercises, or test events
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically in support of validation and operational events
