C-UAS Field Service Watchstander

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple C-UAS capabilities to ensure real-time airspace awareness and report UAS events.
• Operate and articulate C-UAS mitigation capabilities in accordance with local SOPs and government direction.
• Conduct real-time coordination with military, law enforcement, and interagency partners during operations.
• Provide 24/7 shift coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Support C-UAS demonstrations, testing, evaluations, and training.
• Perform technical inspections, system checks, fault diagnosis, and LRU replacement.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, log pulls, and remote system health monitoring.
• Produce accurate written documentation, including maintenance reports, operational logs, and incident reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of military, law enforcement, or technical operations experience (or a relevant degree with applicable experience).
• Active SECRET Security Clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• U.S. citizenship and a valid U.S. passport.
• Ability to obtain a Class 1 DOS medical clearance.
• Willingness to travel TDY up to 75% of the work year to multiple CONUS sites.
• Experience with shift work, watchstanding, or 24/7 operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• Military experience in Air Traffic Control, Air Defense, Radar, Communications, Intelligence, Aviation, or Security Forces.
• Experience with RF technologies, radar systems, computer networks, or electronic systems.
• Experience flying Group 1-2 rotary or fixed-wing UAS.
• Combat or high-tempo operational deployment experience.
