About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple C-UAS capabilities to ensure real-time airspace awareness and report UAS events.
- Operate and articulate C-UAS mitigation capabilities in accordance with local SOPs and government direction.
- Coordinate in real-time with military, law enforcement, and interagency partners during operations.
- Provide 24/7 shift coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Support C-UAS demonstrations, testing, evaluations, and training.
- Perform technical inspections, system checks, fault diagnosis, and hardware replacement to maintain system functionality.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, system health monitoring, and produce accurate operational and technical documentation.
- Deploy to multiple CONUS locations on short notice to meet mission requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of military, law enforcement, or technical operations experience (or a relevant degree with applicable experience).
- Active SECRET Security Clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
- U.S. citizenship and a valid U.S. passport.
- Ability to obtain a Class 1 DOS medical clearance.
- Willingness to travel TDY up to 75% of the work year across multiple CONUS sites.
- Experience with shift work, watchstanding, or 24/7 operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
- Military experience in Air Traffic Control, Air Defense, Radar, Communications, Intelligence, Aviation, or Security Forces.
- Experience flying Group 1-2 rotary or fixed-wing UAS.
- Experience with RF technologies, radar systems, computer networks, or electronic systems.
- Combat or high-tempo operational deployment experience.
