C-Suite Research Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research designs aligned to business questions
• Oversee data collection to produce generalizable and role-specific insights for executives
• Tailor data collection instruments to specific project needs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors across concurrent research projects
• Align study analysis plans with overall research design
• Integrate statistical and thematic findings into accessible narratives for executive audiences
• Manage routine vendor interactions and monitor adherence to contract requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social science research or research consulting
• Experience collecting primary data using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches
• Demonstrated ability to use statistical and thematic analysis techniques
• Experience coordinating the day-to-day work of a junior researcher
• Proficiency with research platforms such as Qualtrics, MaxQDA, or SPSS
• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred
• Ability to travel as needed
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
