C++ Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions
• Define user requirements for new software solutions or improvements to existing ones
• Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies
• Propose viable technical solutions to product management and users for validation
• Model, design, and implement databases when necessary
• Develop software using C++
• Perform unit, packaging, and performance testing to ensure quality standards
• Participate in the validation and acceptance phase of the product cycle
• Produce and distribute necessary software documentation
• Support end-users during the production phase by debugging existing software solutions

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science or a related technical field
• Proficiency in C++ and Unix
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL
• Knowledge of UML modeling / Rose
• Minimum B2 level of English fluency for an English-speaking context
• Experience in an international context is appreciated
