C++ Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of DV’s core trading platform using C++17
• Apply deep technical knowledge in areas such as parallel programming, trading systems, networking, or performance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trading, quant, and development to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Work directly with trading desks to implement new feature requests and support daily operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building performant, scalable applications in C++
• Proven experience working in a Linux environment
• Solid understanding of multi-threaded and multi-core programming paradigms
• Strong experience with object-oriented design and programming
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly collaborative nature

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with options trading and financial trading systems
