C# Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain middleware services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with React developers to define API contracts and support front-end requirements for seamless integration.
• Implement scalable and secure microservices architectures within Azure environments following industry best practices.
• Develop and optimize data models aligned with Azure data services to ensure efficient data access and consistency.
• Monitor and improve application performance, handling high-volume transactions and proactively resolving bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions to ensure maintainable solutions.
• Translate complex P&C insurance requirements into efficient backend logic and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems and API development.
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET, including building and maintaining middleware services.
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and Azure data modeling principles.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, enterprise-level applications with a focus on performance and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to support rapid onboarding within complex business domains.
