C++ Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using C++
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to meet performance benchmarks
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the codebase and system architecture
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Analyze and debug software issues to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in C++ development
• Proficiency in C++11/14/17 standards
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience with software architecture and system design
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• B.E./BTech or M.E./MTech in Computer Science, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with STL and Boost libraries
• Experience developing multi-threaded applications
• Knowledge of cross-platform development (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of advanced C++ templating and dynamic polymorphism
