About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop C-based software modules for switch and router control within OLT systems
- Implement and maintain control stacks for L2, L3, and MPLS protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration within distributed architectures
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
- Contribute to technical documentation and the continuous improvement of development processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional C programming experience
- Proficiency working in Linux environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts
- Experience with Bash scripting
- Solid background in networking fundamentals, including switching and routing
- Knowledge of PON (Passive Optical Network) technologies
- Proficiency in C++
