C-5M Maintenance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance data collection and analysis to support the C-5 Super Galaxy Division at Robins Air Force Base.
• Conduct historical research for aircraft systems, including malfunction analysis, modification, and component repair.
• Execute maintenance data trend analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) updates, and preventative maintenance package updates.
• Perform root cause analysis for maintenance and sustainment issues to improve materiel availability.
• Recommend maintenance procedural changes and submit documentation via official change request channels.
• Create charts, graphs, and formal presentations to brief Air Force stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with the System Program Office (SPO), OEMs, and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to develop logistics solutions.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA).
• 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in maintenance data collection and trend analysis.
• Strong proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and briefings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
