Byggeleder

Responsibilities

• Full project management from bidding to handover
• Leading and coordinating carpenters and subcontractors
• Material procurement and purchasing
• Planning and managing time, economy, and quality
• Coordinating with craftsmen, suppliers, and customers
• Conducting construction meetings
• Ensuring progress and quality on all projects

Requirements

• Trained carpenter (Tømrer)
• Preferably a building constructor (Bygningskonstruktør) or building engineer (Bygningsingeniør)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license (minimum B category)
• New graduates in building construction are welcome
