Responsibilities

• Perform simple assembly and installation tasks according to instructions and drawings
• Assist assemblers and supervisors with preparations, material handling, and tools
• Maintain order and safety at the workplace according to current routines
• Participate in various parts of the work process depending on project needs
• Conduct ongoing checks to ensure high quality and safety levels
• Suggest and contribute to improvements in workflows and assembly processes

Requirements

• Interest in construction, assembly, and installation
• Basic understanding of instructions and drawings
• Good manual dexterity with tools and ability to learn quickly
• Good knowledge of Swedish for safe communication on the worksite
• Experience in practical work or construction-related employment is a merit but not a requirement
• Driver's license (B) is a merit
