BWC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
• Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
• Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
• Report any potential failures
• Replenish the van once a week at our site Margam

Requirements

• Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
