Buying Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cross-departmental projects by aligning relevant stakeholders
• Prepare analyses, decision-making bases, and strategic presentations
• Create management updates, business reviews, and purchasing performance reports
• Promote effective communication and governance within the purchasing department
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency
• Manage central operative purchasing processes and ensure high data quality
• Maintain and develop documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives
• Act as a central interface for cross-departmental inquiries and stakeholder management

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communicative skills
• Experience in project and stakeholder management
• Proactive working style with a passion for process optimization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
