About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support cross-departmental projects by aligning relevant stakeholders
- Prepare analyses, decision-making bases, and strategic presentations
- Create management updates, business reviews, and purchasing performance reports
- Promote effective communication and governance within the purchasing department
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency
- Manage central operative purchasing processes and ensure high data quality
- Maintain and develop documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives
- Act as a central interface for cross-departmental inquiries and stakeholder management
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communicative skills
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Proactive working style with a passion for process optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
