Buying Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders and preparing analyses
• Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, and buying performance reports
• Drive effective communication and governance within the Buying department
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency
• Own and support key operational buying processes and ensure high data quality
• Maintain buying documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives
• Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional requests

Requirements

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in project and stakeholder management
• Proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
