Buying Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cross-departmental projects by aligning relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely implementation of key initiatives.
• Prepare strategic presentations, management updates, business reviews, and procurement performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Promote effective communication and governance within the purchasing department by coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous optimization of procurement workflows.
• Manage central operational purchasing processes, ensuring high data quality and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and develop documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives within the buying department.
• Act as a central interface for cross-functional inquiries, providing clear structures and frameworks for teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with confidence in delivering presentations.
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
