Buying Assistant Private Labels

Responsibilities

• Support the Buying and Design teams in administrative and operational daily business
• Assist in confirming order quantities, selling prices, and assortment planning
• Analyze product line performance and identify optimization potential
• Collaborate with the Design team on seasonal pricing strategies to meet profitability and margin goals
• Support the sourcing and product development process from initial idea to launch
• Conduct customer and competitor analyses to identify trends and market potential
• Maintain orders and line sheets and coordinate product samples to ensure smooth workflows and timing compliance
• Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams

Requirements

• Degree in Textiles, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in Buying or Buying Support, ideally in a dynamic fashion or e-commerce environment
• Very good Excel skills and proficiency in handling sales, inventory, and performance data
• Structured and diligent working style with an affinity for administrative tasks
• Enthusiasm for fashion and e-commerce with a sense for trends, materials, and silhouettes
• Good understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
