Responsibilities

• Support the Private Label Buying team for Shoes & Accessories in creating, checking, approving, and tracking purchase orders
• Monitor production schedules and proactively identify potential delivery risks
• Maintain product master data, specifications, prices, and supplier information in internal systems
• Manage sample processes, including shipment tracking, sample handling, product photography, and digital asset management
• Act as the main contact for private label suppliers regarding product development updates, delivery times, and fit feedback
• Organize and participate in supplier meetings, collection presentations, fittings, and product selection meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a commercial field or supporting buying teams
• Very good Excel skills and proficiency in sales and inventory analysis
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Passion for fashion and e-commerce, specifically shoes and accessories
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
