About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Shoes & Accessories buying team by creating, verifying, issuing, and tracking Purchase Orders
- Monitor production timelines and proactively identify potential delivery risks
- Create and maintain accurate product data, specifications, pricing, and supplier information
- Manage the complete product sample process including shipment tracking, handling, and photography
- Act as the primary point of contact for private label suppliers regarding product development and lead times
- Assist the buyer in supplier meetings, collection presentations, and fit sessions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in business administration or supporting buying teams
- Strong Excel skills for analyzing sales and stock data
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Passion for fashion and e-commerce (Shoes & Accessories)
- Fluent English skills
