Buying Assistant Private Label

Responsibilities

• Support the Shoes & Accessories buying team by creating, verifying, issuing, and tracking Purchase Orders
• Monitor production timelines and proactively identify potential delivery risks
• Create and maintain accurate product data, specifications, pricing, and supplier information in internal systems
• Manage the complete product sample process, including shipment tracking, handling, photography, and digital asset management
• Act as the primary point of contact for private label suppliers regarding product development, lead times, and fit comments
• Assist the buyer in supplier meetings, collection presentations, and fit sessions, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in business administration or supporting buying teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills and confidence in analyzing sales and stock data
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Passion for fashion and e-commerce, specifically within Shoes & Accessories
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
