Buying Assistant Private Label

Responsibilities

• Support the Private Label Buying team for shoes and accessories by creating, checking, and tracking purchase orders
• Monitor production schedules and proactively identify potential delivery risks
• Maintain product master data, specifications, pricing, and supplier information in internal systems
• Manage the entire sample process, including shipment tracking, sample handling, product photography, and digital asset management
• Act as the primary contact for private label suppliers regarding product development updates, delivery times, and fit feedback
• Organize and participate in supplier meetings, collection presentations, and fittings to support Buyers

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a commercial role or supporting buying teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with sales and inventory analysis
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities
• A passion for fashion and e-commerce, specifically within the shoes and accessories category
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
