About the role
Responsibilities
- Support buying administration including maintaining product information systems and updating product overviews
- Manage the flow of samples and maintain sample records
- Act as a point of contact between cross-functional teams and other departments
- Coordinate daily tasks and track key milestones to meet critical deadlines
- Prepare and support the Buying Team during fit sessions, including organizing sessions and steaming samples
- Assist with competitor research, trend analysis, and sales reviews
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Buying Intern or BAA, ideally in fashion
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commercial and customer awareness within a fashion retail environment
- Analytical mindset for working with sales data and reports
