Responsibilities

• Identify and source products and materials from suppliers while negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct audits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze data to forecast demand, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Perform cost analysis to identify saving opportunities and manage purchasing budgets.
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and provide procurement updates.
• Mitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans for potential disruptions.
• Collect and analyze purchasing data to generate performance reports and drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel and SQL.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience working with inventory management software and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
