Buyer Womenswear - Private Label

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop seasonal womenswear collections in alignment with brand strategy
• Drive the end-to-end product development process from concept to final delivery
• Oversee buying, production, and quality control in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding pricing, quality, and lead times
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify opportunities
• Analyze product performance and KPIs to optimize assortment and drive growth
• Manage timelines and critical paths to ensure on-time product launches

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in private label buying
• Strong background in fast fashion or young fashion environments
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, materials, sourcing, and production processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German or additional languages
