Buyer Womenswear - Private Label

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop seasonal womenswear collections in alignment with the overall brand strategy
• Manage the entire product development process from initial concept and design to final delivery
• Oversee purchasing, production, and quality control in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, quality standards, and delivery terms
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities
• Analyze product performance, KPIs, and sales data to optimize assortment and drive sustainable growth
• Manage timelines and critical process steps to ensure timely product launches

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a comparable field
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Private Label Buying
• Proven experience in Fast Fashion, Young Fashion, or commercially driven fashion brands
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, materials, sourcing, production processes, and lead times
• Strong commercial acumen with a keen sense for trends, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Fluency in English
