Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments
• Conduct market research and analyze social media to forecast fashion trends
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to secure best cost structures and maximize margins
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams for timely deliveries
• Utilize sales performance data and market insights to optimize product assortments

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in apparel buying, ideally in eCommerce
• Previous outerwear experience preferred
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
• Experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design or related field
• Fluency in English
