About the role
Responsibilities
- Independent purchasing of wholesale brands within the planned budget and relevant KPIs
- Purchasing planning in coordination with the Head of Buying or Teamlead Buying
- Further development, optimization, and management of the assortment
- Conducting and participating in condition negotiations with suppliers
- Monitoring competitors and the market
- Regular and proactive coordination with Merchandise Planning
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a comparable field
- At least two years of professional experience in independent purchasing of external brands
- Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with assertiveness
- Structured way of working and high reliability
- Strong sense of trends and good understanding of fashion
- Hands-on mentality
- Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
