About the role
Responsibilities
- Independent purchasing of wholesale brands in compliance with the planned purchasing budget and relevant KPIs
- Purchasing planning in coordination with the Head of Buying / Teamlead Buying
- Development, optimization and support of the product range
- Conducting and participating in condition discussions with suppliers
- Competition and market monitoring
- Regular and proactive coordination with Merchandise Planning
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics or textile economics
- At least two years of professional experience in independent buying of external brands
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
- Strong communication, negotiating, and assertiveness skills
- Structured way of working and reliability
- Strong sense of trends and understanding of fashion
- Hands-on mentality
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
